Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, please notify us. Dinner is served from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
If you arrive early or depart late, you can use our luggage and changing room with lockers and showers to fully enjoy your day. You are welcome to use the amenities of the hotel, including the indoor pool and sauna, for free.
Late check-out in the room is available with a small additional fee and subject to availability.

We request a 30% deposit of the booking amount for fixed reservations.
You can pay the deposit online or through a SEPA transfer to our bank account.
The remaining payment is made on-site during check-out or before your vacation begins if you prefer.

Austrian highways require a vignette for use. You can conveniently order your digital online highway vignette from home. Keep in mind that it becomes valid at least 18 days after the purchase date.
Alternatively, you can buy an adhesive vignette at the rest stop before crossing the border.

You can reach the hotel from Salzburg Airport by train (to Radstadt or Altenmarkt station), private taxi (we can assist with booking if you provide your flight number and times), or shuttle transfer by Habersatter.

Benefit from the early booking bonus for fixed bookings with immediate down payment:

• for your summer booking you will receive a 10% bonus by 29 February at the latest!
• For your winter booking for December, January or February, you will receive a 5% bonus on the accommodation price by 1 April at the latest and a further 2.5% bonus by 1 June.
• For your winter booking for March and April, you will receive a 5% bonus on the accommodation price by 1 June at the latest and a 2.5% bonus by 1 August.

Dogs are welcome in the summer until mid-July and again from mid-August.

The charge for dogs is €25 per day (excluding food). There is a weekly dog package available for €155 (excluding food).

During the winter and summer high season, pets cannot be accommodated at the hotel. We kindly ask that you leave your pet in its familiar environment during these periods.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms and in the lounge area. The new and special Symbio Harmoniser technology with the "Harmonizer Comfort" neutralises electrosmog.

Please inform us of any food intolerances or allergies. While our kitchen is not specialized in handling allergies, we are happy to assist you with menu selection and offer alternatives. We can provide lactose-free milk and gluten-free bread upon request.

We recommend booking your garage space in advance for €7.50 per day or €45 per week (outside of holiday periods, €6.50/€39) based on availability. This way, your car is protected from the weather and potential snowfall.

In the summer, direct bookers can park for free in our garage.

We also offer the option to charge your electric vehicle in our parking garage for a fee of €25 during your stay

Smoking is allowed in our designated outdoor smoking area with a view of Zauchensee and on balconies.
Smoking is not allowed in any other areas of the hotel.

You can easily purchase the Amadé ski pass for 2 to 8 days at our hotel reception. With our special flat rate until December 24th, in January, and from mid-March, you get a fixed discounted rate and can adjust the number of days on-site or cancel for free. The online ticket shop offers early bird prices, which vary depending on the time of purchase and demand. The earlier you order your ski passes online, the better the price can be.

We recommend that you always book the ski school in advance, especially during the holiday periods. The Balla ski school is located directly opposite our hotel, which you can reach on +43 664 5331 493 or info@kinderskischule.com. Alternatively, the Walchhofer ski school is also within walking distance. Ski lessons can be booked directly through the ski school.

Our child carer offers a pick-up service from the Balla ski school at lunchtime and additional lunchtime supervision for all children when parents are active or relaxing.

Intersport Schneider is right next to the hotel. Here you can hire skis and equipment with a 10% discount if you book online in advance without waiting times or on site with a voucher from reception.

Differences between the rooms in the photos and floorplans are possible. All prices are in EURO, and changes and errors are reserved. If you need any more specific information or have any questions, please let me know!

Free cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the start of the trip. If you have already made a deposit, you will receive a credit equal to the deposit value on your guest account (refund after the completion of cancellation insurance; without cancellation insurance, there's a processing fee of €75).

Within the last month, the following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation 30 - 21 days before arrival: 30% of the total arrangement price. Cancellation 21 - 7 days before arrival: 60% of the total arrangement price. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival or in the case of late arrival, early departure, or non-arrival: 90% of the total arrangement price. This does not apply to individual persons in the room.

We recommend purchasing our cancellation insurance for €4 per person and booked vacation day.
This insurance covers only trips not taken and requires written proof (doctor's note or employer's letter). It does not protect against trip interruptions.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, 90% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
For full cancellation protection, we recommend purchasing European travel insurance if you don't have your own. Cancellations of individual persons in the room are handled differently.

Borrow our cool backpacks, which you'll find in your room, for your explorations during your stay. We also offer hiking poles for rent so you can fully enjoy the surrounding nature.

For your relaxed use of our wellness facilities, we provide all guests with a pool bag containing a bathrobe (kids' robes are available on request) and towels. Bathroom slippers are available at the reception (for the sake of our environment) – just pick them up!
Our rooms, all with balconies, are equipped with various amenities, including a hairdryer, safe, and minibar.

While you can choose different room categories and book them directly, we do our best to fulfill individual requests (outside of room category) regarding room location, floor, and room numbers. However, we cannot guarantee specific room requests.
