Extensive Breakfast delights from 7.30 to 10.00 am.
We freshly prepare your favorite dishes like scrambled eggs, omelets, or waffles at the show kitchen. Various fruit juices, fresh fruits, and spelt semolina porridge for a healthy start to the day, along with regional dairy products from the Salzburg region.
In summer, we offer a warm lunch buffet from 12.30 to 1.30 pm with soup, salad, main courses, cakes, and drinks from the juice bar, or a packed hiking snack for your day trips.
During winter, hearty après-ski snacks are served in the afternoon from 3.00 to 4.30 pm featuring traditional delicacies and a variety of cakes.

A multi-course gourmet dinner in the evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with various choices including two soups and a selection of meat, fish, or vegetarian main courses, along with a daily fresh salad buffet featuring high-quality oils and homemade dressings, a warm or cold appetizer, dessert, and a cheese selection.
Highlights include a weekly gala dinner with wine tasting and a daily dish from the show kitchen.
Our gourmet and active kids can enjoy the daily children's buffet and ice cream buffet or try items from the adult gourmet menu.

From 11.30 am to 2.00 pm, we offer a selection of traditional à la carte dishes daily during the winter. Enjoy the pleasant and serene atmosphere for lunch in our Panorama Lounge.
We also have small delicacies and a choice of cakes in the afternoon during our après-ski snack. In the evening, savor our gourmet menu or choose from the 5-course options.
During the summer months, we serve our à la carte dishes from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm and the 5-course dinner menu from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
