OUR WINE PHILOSOPHY

Let the wines mature and not offer them before they have reached their potential. This is the reason why we serve bottles of different vintages (including white wines). We regularly taste the wines, and only when they achieve the vital balance between body, acidity, and tannin they earn a place in our wine list. The finest wines from all over the world are stored in our wine cellar. We emphasize Austrian wines because our winemakers recognized the duty of producing high-quality wines by significantly reducing quantities many years ago.
