It all began with a small farm and guest beds in Radstadt. With the development of the Zauchensee ski area, the grandparents leased the “Liftgasthof” directly at the first ski lift and built the “Alpenhof” guesthouse with 23 rooms in 1968. In the following years, the house was expanded with additional rooms, an indoor pool, sauna, and the farm in Radstadt was rebuilt after a fire.
In 1984/85, the second hotel, the “Salzburger Hof,” was built with 30 rooms. Since 1996, the hotel has been continuously modernized: a spacious wellness area, alpine sauna, underground parking, panorama fitness room, and SKY SPA with beauty and cosmetic services. Today, the Salzburger Hof offers 54 rooms, diverse dining areas, a panoramic lounge, children’s playroom, and exclusive wellness facilities – a place for unforgettable holiday moments.
